Since “A Glorious Time!” Event Planning & Consulting is owned and operated by a businesswoman who happens to be an artist and conceptual visionary as well, we have a plethora of creative ideas to make your special occasion one to remember for a lifetime. The attention to detail we infuse into the coordination and execution of each event will be captured in the compliments you will surely receive from your guests. Any themed event is only limited by your imagination. It can be tied to a special memory in your life (e.g. someone’s birthday or graduation), a favorite movie, or even a season. Finally, for the various event categories listed below, clients can select features a la carte or bundled in a package.

For creative design services associated with the event (e.g. invitation, banner, floor runner, etc.), you will be required to complete a Proof Authorization Form. Please Note: The Proof Authorization and Request for Services Forms may or may not apply to your specific situation. For instance, if you need a logo, banner, or invitation designed (or something of a similar nature), you would complete the Request for Services Form for the project to commence. Once the project is completed, you would then sign the Proof Authorization Form indicating your approval of the finished product.

Weddings:

The signature, chic style with which we will frame your big day will leave you, your significant other, and attending guests breathless. Since every bride – and groom – has tastes that are unique to them, we are capable of designing events from the luxurious and swank to the vintage and seasonal. In addition, we will only secure the services of vendors and venues who understand the significance of the “BIG DAY,” and will commit to a level of excellence to ensure it is both magical and meaningful. Finally, since there are several occasions (e.g. bridal shower, bachelor party, etc.) that occur up to the actual ceremony, we are able to coordinate these types of events as well.

Birthday Parties:

Children, Tweens, and Teens

The primary goal of a child/tween/teen’s birthday party is to make them feel special. From child-themed events featuring clowns, cotton candy, and kids boogying with Barney, to occasions where a tween or teen can really rock out to their favorite hits, we have you covered. We only work with those vendors who will provide the exemplary service that will leave your party’s revelers begging for more an looking forward to next year’s grand event.

Adult

As we get older, every year we are alive is to be celebrated in grand fashion! We understand this perspective and are able to design birthday parties for adults that will leave them eager for next year’s occasion. Also, since everyone is unique, we are capable of designing adult-themed birthday parties to suit any taste.  From parties featuring various themes to those that are low-key and traditional, we will create a moment in time that is sure to birth a collage of lasting memories.

Family Reunions:

As we all know, a family reunion is a time to reminisce with loved ones while enjoying delicious food, great music and fun activities, while creating new memories and traditions. A time to break away from the demands of daily life and just relax in a loving atmosphere. Since most reunions feature some of our youngest family members, all events will be child-friendly. However, for those adults who want to break away from the pack and have some grown-up fun, maybe with a little Barry White or Luther Vandross, we can accommodate you as well. Just tell us what you want, and we will make it happen. So, whether you want your family reunion to take place on a cruise, at a venue hall, in the park, or even in a family member’s back yard, we can handle all the details of your event.
